“I remember walking into my very first class. A few girlfriends were going to come, but everyone pulled out. I still went anyway. A couple of girlfriends asked me who I went with, and seemed surprised when I said on my own. That made me feel so good about myself that I was able to walk into a dance class on my own having absolutely NO previous dance experience and have the best time. I remember how awkward I felt, especially with all the mirrors. Now, I feel sassy as when dancing, and am loving the mirrors! Honestly, Bey Dance has really boosted my self-confidence. No one there is bitchy or judgemental, it's just the happiest place to be (like Disneyworld haha). Thank you for making me feel so good about myself. I've always been self-conscious about my body. I am so proud of myself, but I know it's only because you've created and nurtured such a great environment that promotes positive body image.”

“I started out shy and with two left feet when it came to dancing, but now I have 2 hands-worth of Beyonce routines under my belt, all thanks to Bey Dance !!!! It is my happy place where I can be unapologetically me. I feel confident and good about myself when I'm at Bey Dance”

“Joining Beyoncé dance classes may seem like just a fun thing to do. But it has changed my life in so many ways. A few years ago, it helped me to feel good about being a single lady, it helped me to get healthy and fit, and to feel strong, it helped me to feel confident in my own skin- I never thought I'd feel comfortable wearing leotards in public! It has helped me learn so much more about my femininity and how you can be both feminine and strong at once.“

“We live in a society where women are expected to fit a certain image, to act a certain way, and women are taught to compete against each other. I love that Bey Dance does not tolerate that, and is the complete opposite of that: Celebrating women for who they are - every single part of them”

“I used to dance for 12 years initially for fun and I soon fell in love with dance. But by the time I was 17 I lost sight of that, took it way too seriously and stopped enjoying it so I quit. I haven't danced since, well until Bey Dance came into my life. Bey Dance brought dance back into my life.”

“Bey Dance brought this inner fierceness out of me that I never knew I had. I've grown and learnt to love myself and believe that I can do whatever I want and shine brightly!“
